Pay for orders scored. Not for logins.

Credits are spent when a verification runs. Your whole team shares one balance, every run is costed against it, and the free tier is the same engine as a paid one.

One credit costs one dollar, and buys roughly ten orders. Packs are $10, $50, $100, $500, bought from the credits page whenever the balance runs low. There is no bonus band and no tier gate: the free credits run the same engine as the largest account.

Every account includes the Shopify app, the API, unlimited team members, unlimited stores, and the full verification log. Enterprise adds a negotiated per-credit rate, raised API limits, invoicing, and a named contact.

Nothing

Indicative only. Consumption is metered on the model tokens, address validations, and web searches each analysis actually uses, so an order carrying full customer history, payment details, and technical data costs more than a bare one. Your balance and every verification’s cost are visible in the app.

Metering

What is charged, and what is not

Consumes credits
Order verifications, wherever they start: the Shopify app, the dashboard form, or the API. Nothing else on the platform is metered.
Costs nothing
Team members · Shopify stores connected · API keys · verification log storage and retention · the dashboard · support tickets.

Consumption is metered on real usage rather than on a flat per-order fee. It moves with how much data each order carries, because that is what the analysis has to read. The credit ledger shows the cost of every run.

Money questions

What is a credit?
The unit of spend, and it costs one dollar. A single verification consumes a fraction of one, so around four orders per credit is the figure to plan with. Nothing else on the platform is metered.
Why is it not a flat price per order?
Consumption is metered on the work each analysis actually does: the model tokens it reads and writes, the addresses it validates, and the web searches it runs. An order carrying full customer history, payment details, line items, and technical data gives the analysis more to read than a bare one, and costs proportionally more. A flat fee would mean charging the simple orders for the complicated ones.
What happens if we run out mid-month?
Verifications stop with an insufficient credits error rather than running and invoicing later. Top up from the credits page; the balance and the full transaction history are on the same screen.
Can we see what a verification cost?
Yes. Every verification writes a usage row and a credit transaction, so the cost of any individual run and the running total are both visible in the app.
Do you charge per user?
No. Invite the whole fulfilment and support team. A per-seat price would push you to share a login, which is worse for both of us and destroys the audit trail on your side.
Is there a minimum or a contract?
No minimum and no monthly commitment on self-serve. Buy credits when you need them, and stop in a month when you do not.
How do we pay?
Stripe: cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and regional methods where supported. Credits land as soon as payment clears. Enterprise accounts can be invoiced.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Enterprise organizations run on a negotiated per-credit rate rather than a discount code, and it applies to every verification the organization runs. Talk to sales with your monthly order volume.
Can agencies keep client costs separate?
Yes. Each organization holds its own balance and its own purchases, so one client’s spend never lands on another’s invoice.
Does the Shopify app cost extra?
No. The app is free to install and there is no subscription behind it. Only the verifications it runs consume credits, and automatic verification can be switched off per store.
