For shopify merchants

Risk on the order page, five minutes after install.

Shopify shows you a risk level and leaves you to guess the rest. Verify AI adds a scored assessment to every order, names the signals behind it, and tags the order so your existing flows can act on it.

Sound familiar

Three things that happen every week

Shopify flags an order as medium risk and gives no reason you can act on.

Someone on the team googles the customer address before every large order.

Chargebacks arrive six weeks later, when the goods are long gone.

How it works here

The shape of it for your business

  1. STEP 1

    Install from the App Store

Approve the scopes, create a workspace, and the store is connected. No domain to type and no API key to paste.

  2. STEP 2

    New orders score themselves

The orders/create webhook scores each order as it arrives, so the assessment is waiting when someone opens the order.

  3. STEP 3

    Read it in the admin

A block on the order page shows the score, the factors, and the recommendation. Draft orders get the same panel.

  4. STEP 4

Let the tag do the work

Each order is tagged verify-ai:high or verify-ai:low, so Shopify Flow, your fulfilment rules, and your saved views can act without anyone reading the panel.

Questions

What shopify merchants ask

Does it hold or cancel orders on its own?
No. It writes a tag and app metafields and stops there. Holding, cancelling, and refunding stay in your Shopify Flow rules and your team, which keeps the decision on your audit trail rather than ours.
What does it need access to?
Read access to orders, draft orders, and customers, and write access to orders so it can add the risk tag and metafields. Order scopes also require Shopify protected customer data approval on your store.
Can we score an old order?
Yes. Open any order and run the Verify AI action. Draft orders have the same action, so B2B quotes can be scored before they convert.
